They will probably be too deep for my clip since the radiator is just behind it, but I will try and mount em and see if I can make it work. They look cool and I know they are bright.

I would reccomend the WARNs matt. Same ones I have. only ones I run on my rig and they work on the road as well since they have hi/lo beams. Glad I had them at morris mountain when we got caught out at night. I can measure the depth if you need me too. probably on the WARN site though.

The Warn 210's almost fit perfect in the stock headlight location on a TJ. Although you will have to open up the whole a little bit. They might be a little deep so they might hit the rad. It's what I'm running on my junk. ;D

Well guys, I don't really think buying lights is gonna make the cut. I pulled the front carrier today to install new seals and I found a pinion with fawked up teeth there also. This thing is fawkin killing me. So now both R&P's need to be replaced. I am sick and this is not helping much for motivation..

Matt, I take it that all the teeth have been missing for awhile. How can teeth break off by just the meshing of the gears. Or do you think that maybe some kind of trash got in the carrier and broke off the teeth. Or possibly the ring and pinions are missed match and someone swapped out the good for these bad. Just curious.

I have a factory set in the front (had) that cleaned teeth off in a spot or 2 with no trash. just use man.

maybe the dude at dana set my 60 front up wrong. 38K miles on a factory gear set, 60 front. I was hard on it that last couple hundred miles though, it earned it.
More than likely not deep enough. Probably perfect for road driving, but set it up deep as **** for off road shock loading.

man I have new clue, this pinion was trash though. Is missing pieces of teeth in 3-4 spots. Ring gear is fine though. I don't know the history of this rig other than it has not been maintained...

Since you have to replace the Front R&P makes sure you replace them with whatever Bryan and them use. They haven't had any problems since they switched to what there running now.

I remember reading that and damn I wish I could remember. I had made a mental note and forgot so be sure to post up when you find it or find out. Matt, this will be especially important in the rear with an HP rear and v8 power. It could happen again and you should do whatever you can to avoid it.
The front, I can't believe it is anything but a bad batch at the heat treater or something. For the ring to be unaffected, even with pieces floating and the pinion to be spitting off teeth, it just screams poor material to me. Especially in a RC set in the front, you are on the correct side of the tooth. On my front that went that were brand new enough factory gears, the pinon was fine and it cleaned a spot of the ring off from bouncing under throttle, but it was a LP front on the coast side.

Wanted to post up a few pics. Turns out I have 5.13 gears in the axles so I will use this chance to gear down some. Thanks again to Joe for painting the body panels and Daniel for painting the interior panels. Getting stuff ready to put in work this weekend so this thing can start going back together. Oh yeah!

I like the color Matt. What is it called? I'm still trying to think of how to paint mine. It has been blue since I've owned it but Leah doesn't like to that much. Might be a time for a change.

I've had one set of gears just break on the ring gear. I think Rockwild had one pinion go but most have been ring gears.
