so is it true i saw on extreme 4x4 they said for a vehicle to pass emissions and be 0 state legal the motor has to be same year or newer and from the same make just wondering

but yeh, needs to be the same year, or newer. and have all emission equipment installed.

but..this isnt cali.....

Well my motor swap just happens to be the same make and newer (98 into a 94 truck). I know that in CA you must have a newer motor with all emissions equipment. Damn I hate that place. I am ashamed to admit that I am from there.
