New yota need some vacuum line help

i just picked up a 92 for my son dirt cheap, the engine has bewen swapped in what looks to be a 20R (valve cover is not boxy) , and there is not one vacuum line on it. vacuum advance, egr, and the 2 thermostatic sensors on the intake. anyone have a diagram or able to tell me where these few hook up?

Toyotas need no vacuum except to the fuel pressure regulator.

get rid of that egr and put a pair pf block off plates on it.

Yank that 20R out (wrong engine for truck anyhow...) and find the right engine for the truck--->22RE...

ok wellgot her running and #2 cylinder has ZERO compression, i mean not one pound, all others are at 140 solid. anyone have a complete hardness and 22r cheap :corn:

Cam issues are pretty rare. You can easily diagnose the issue by pulling the valve cover and doing a leak down test but experience has taught me a burnt exhaust valve is most likely the problem.

Cam issues are becoming more and more common with all these craigslist engine rebuilders using shitty chinese cams.

woo hoo! went to pull the head last night and noticed i had some tight rockers that were not on the lobe. i adjusted the valves and BOOM runs great :cheer:, someone had way over adjusted the valves.
