read this and act, print it and make sure your local MC shop has it posted on the front door, tape it up at local bars near riding zones ( big lake bar & G etc if possible)

This alert is coming to you because YOUR legislator will soon be voting on
an OHV related Bill.
SSB 5366 will allow NON-Street Legal ATVs and dirt bikes to use non-State
Highway roads with speed limits up to 35 mph.
Years ago the "Hinkle Bill 1003" was passed allowing Cities and Counties to
open their roads to OHV use but very few have done so. SSB 5366 still
allows them to pass local ordinances restricting their use but the up to 35
mph non-State Highways, including USFS roads will be open by default to
licensed riders. This is a big step in a Pro-OHV direction!
This Bill is about ready to go the Senate Floor for a vote. Your WA OHV
organizations have been trying to get this type of OHV use authorized in WA
State for many years.
YOU now have the personal opportunity to use less than 5 minutes of your
time to help Git'R Done!
FIRST - Please get the suggested message below (or look at the Bill using
the link provided below and write you own) to your personal legislators
IMMEDIATELY by:
Using this link to find your WA State Legislative District#

(Please copy and paste this link into the Address line of your internet
browser if it does not come to you as a hot link in this email.)
Enter your voting address into the form on that site and be sure the
Legislative Box is Checked.
A map with your personal legislators will appear on the screen. Please
make a note of your District# for future reference.
Then click on your Senator's name which is displayed at the top of the list
on the map.
Next CLICK on the green colored "E-mail" hot link right below your
legislator's phone numbers on the page provided by the link to your State
Senator.
DO check the box sending this to ALL of your personal legislators.
Enter the Bill # mentioned above in the box provided on the linked site and
check the {FOR / AGAINST} box.
Enter {Pro SSB 5366} in the Message Subject: box just above where you enter
your detailed message

form on the hot linked site:
Our neighboring states of Oregon and Idaho allow 2 and 4 wheel use of forest
and many other roads. As a result many WA residents go to Oregon and Idaho
to recreate with their ATVs and trail bikes, depriving WA State of the
tourist revenue. Please vote to pass SSB 5366 so WA residents can spend
their recreational dollars here in WA.
