I'm not much help, living down by Gig Harbor, but what's the difference between a Ford kingpin and a Dodge or Chevy?

All i know for sure:

1: Fords have 5 spindle studs. Chevs/dodges(?) have 6
2: Ford knuckles break way more often than dodge/chevy knuckles.

there's different size king pins too. We have one in the shop right now. Appareantly the GVW makes a difference on what size.
