TacomaJD..

I feel like a stalker, but I saw your wife and boy at Academy in Gadsden this evening.. Sure didn't talk to em, but I just recognized them for the pics you've posted.

I don't doubt it, I ain't talked to her much. Been on verge of separation. Bout had all I can take of her ****. Beach trip turned into a disaster, which isn't out of the ordinary. Been flying solo the last few days trying to decide how to proceed. At current standings, I don't feel like there's much benefit in us staying together. There's good days, but there's more bad days. And it's been like this for much longer than most any of you know. Just gotten really bad lately.

Life has ups and downs. Sometimes you gotta ride it out.

The way I see it, marriage is like owning a vehicle.. When your truck gets a flat tire, you don’t sell it and buy another one cause that “new” one is gonna have an alternator go out. You just fix the flat and keep driving it.. If you take care of it and perform regular maintenance, it’ll last a long time..

Good way to put it.

If I had nickel for everytime the wife has said, "ITS OVER!!!!" "IM DONE!" "I CANT DO THIS ANYMORE".......i'd double my fortune. Ok.....so maybe not a whole quarter, but close enough to get a gumball out of the vending machine at least.

A good recent argument we had that it supposedly "OVER" again.....for the 50th time.....she ACTUALLY brought up how I went to Bojangles for breakfast on her birthday instead of Buddy's BBQ. Her birthday was in October. LMAO

1, it doesn't help when you start laughing your ass off at that
2, it doesn't help if you turn around and laugh your ass off at that
3. it doesn't help if you crack open a beer, sit down and continue to laugh your ass off at that
4 it doesn't help if you finish the beer and start laughing again while she's still there.
5. laundry and dishes were done that night.

:)

Marriage is hard. There are good days and bad days. Sometimes bad happens more than good and vice versa. Maybe it will work out. It just depends on what you want. You have to want her to stick around.

I know that the old saying "you can be right or you can be married is true". Sometimes you have to bite your tongue and keep the comments to yourself.

Sounds like your five year plan of rental houses revolves around her right now so it maybe advantageous to keep her around.

My opinion is I hate divorce honestly but there are times where it is needed. I don’t know the whole situation but like stated above by others a little maintenance, communication, and understanding is key to a good marriage. I am actually divorced, not by my doing but hers. Both have to want it to continue for it to work. Y’all may cast stones at my man card after this advice but at the time I was willing to do anything to make it work so i finally picked up a book my parents gave to me years ago and read it. It’s called the 5 love languages. It brought a different understanding to me of what we were both doing wrong. Its your own free will and accord to do what you feel is needed but I suggest you pick it up and give it a read brother. I hope it all comes out for you.

There are times when you can watch your wife put peanut butter on a slice of bread, and it will make you want to choke her out. Other times it will make you want to bend her over the counter. You can't let the little things turn into big things, and make sure it is really her you have an issue with, and not something else you have bothering you that is pissing you off. JMHO.

That is an excellent analogy... it’s pretty spot on plus it’s not too complicated so it is relatable.

If we ever meet in person remind me not to make a peanut butter sandwich near you...
Neither one of the outcomes seem pleasant.

Marriage is an investment account. Sometimes it’s doing real good, looks like it’s gonna pay off big time (emotionally, financially, physically), other times it’s **** and it looks like you’re gonna lose your ass (while not getting any ass either). But if you keep investing, make good choices, and have faith that it will all work out, at the end of the day it’s all in someone else’s hands anyway!

Basically you are screwed either way, might as well be screwed with someone you don’t mind being around sometimes...

My wife and I have been together for 26 years next week, 19 married, and fighting is just part of it. I had an uncle that his wife left him and he was telling my grandmother that they never fought and he had no clue why she left. My grandmother's response was you have to fight otherwise you never know what the other is thinking. Now my wife and I have never hit each other but we've said some really nasty things we've regretted later on. Like several others said above you have to decide if she is worth fighting for. I told my wife a long time ago the only way out was one of us in a box and I'm pretty sure it'll be me.

Re:

So much of it seems so unnecessary. It doesn't help that when times are ****ty, I often compare it to how simple and much more enjoyable life was when I was single.

I have had a thread in easyline for quite sometime about it. So much to it, not even going to try to elaborate on it. We just can't get along. It really started to show its head when we began having major things to agree on. If we never had to decide on anything important and literally just had to hang out together, we'd be fine. But soon as any sort of decision has to be made, its a giant cluster****. I'm willing to give a little and like to think I'm never far from common ground, but her on the other hand always seems to be miles away from common ground which makes it impossible for me to give enough to reach common ground. If that makes sense. I probably ignored early warning signs. I am the optimist she is the pessimist in everything we do. I say we could conquer the world, she would think of 100 reasons why we couldn't and that's all she would focus on. I ****ing hate it. It's like being married to an anchor. And she's moody as **** pretty much all the time.

Re:

She also has nothing to do with my interest in acquiring more rental properties. He rental and her dad's old vacant house are hers. Any and all revenue, and expenses, are hers. We keep our money separate. Our monthly bills are proportioned to where we each have the same amount of money leftover each month out of our paychecks, other than that, mine is mine, hers is hers. Basically I make double what she makes so I pay double the bills. I literally have about the same money, as before we got married, actually maybe a little less. I don't want any of her **** at all. If I buy more rentals later on, it will be on my own accord with my own money, with 0 help from her. I'm not buying anymore til I finish school anyways, so that's not even anything of importance in the current situation.

If you want to be with a smoking hot woman, she is going to be ****ing crazy and irrational. That is just the cost of doing business y'all.

P.S. She looks disinterested and bored in almost every single picture you have posted. So much so that I have almost busted your balls about it a time or 10. You may be better off my friend. I HATE divorce, but in today's world, if a relationship isn't built sturdily brick by brick in the beginning, a marrige will not last

That's her personality. Ruins my vibe pretty much everywhere we go. I wonder if she has some underlying depression issues or something. Absolutely cannot stay off the ****ing phone either. That's why 9 out of 10 pics I've posted over the years, she is on her phone. Some have even pointed that out on here. I try to talk to her about it, she gets mad....like **** you, I'm not on my phone too much. Well **** if you ain't, I'd hate to see what it looked like when someone WAS on their phone too much.... I don't care if she's on her phone when there ain't **** else going on, but there are times you need to focus on the people around you instead of staring at a ****ing screen all day. **** drives me insane.

I know I've been ridiculed on here before for posting pics of my "2wd truck" on an off road forum. But I also know there are some on here that will appreciate it. I finally got around to putting on the lowering kit yesterday.
