I'm already bored.

I got's me a tacoma recently too! Not going to be a prerunner though. You like the sand eh?!:corn:

now now kids...didnt your parents teach you any patience? and no the frame wont beable to break bunk. the side profile of the cage will resemble a train bridge!!!

so far i have the lower A-Arms fit up...still need shock mounts, gussets, and finish welding. the upper A-arms im waiting on a tap that should come in the mail any day, followed by my coil springs early next week. i have all the fiberglass already. Sooo if you want to cheat and see what i will look like when its done look at the glass works unlimited web page and look at the black taco under there fiberglass link...thats the FG i bought. as far as some specs, front travel should be between 16" and 18", 3 1/2" wider on each side. im using 12" travel SAW remote res. and eventually will have bypass shocks and air bumps...this is a serious build! i should have some pics by mid next week.

So are you changing the camber gain or adding any sweep to the front end? How about caster?

well the front end is about done, and i will have a new computer so look for new pics of the whole build coming soon, with in the next week or two. 17" of front end travel using all 12" of the coilovers...250lbs over 350lbs dual rate coils on SAW's plus 4" per side of width from stock. new wheels and tires coming today 33" toyo's. next week will be the start of the rear suspension and full internal cage and rear cage.

If this is a build thread, it sure doesn't have to many pictures. Get some more up, I'm interested to see what you've done so far.

not to be dumb and all that sense i know nothing about pre runners.... but what kinda gears / motor set up do you guys usually run in builds like these? or is it just design the suspension so no matter whta you have under your hood it just stays wooded

for now yeah suspension that will take anything at 50mph atleast...eventually i will do some shopping at LC eng. and put some power to this 4 cyl tacoma. its like a quad that u sit in instead of on...and im gonna drive this on the road so it will be a fun comuter.

Hey, if you haven't gotten rid of the original seats from that thing i'd be interested in buying them from you, are they buckets?!

Help fund your memorial day trip! :awesomework:
