PTZ on a budget

I have a business that has a decent amount retail theft. I bought and installed a camera system that reduced theft, but want to upgrade. I think if I have one or two PTZ's in the store, I will be able to catch some of the better thieves that come through.

I have researched these camera systems until I can't stand it. I am hoping for someone that has a little experience with them that might can point me in the right direction.
