razor xp gets a new cage

Robby came to me and said he wanted new tube work on his xp. he said he was open to ideas as long as it wasn't to crazy and curvy. so here is how it is turning out ...

Thanks guys, and the owner seems to be pleased with it as well. Just have to build enclosure for rear lights, a center console, and build so new rear lower.arms. then she will be getting beat on by Robby

just about done with it and ready to tear it down to finish weld it and paint it. i also built him some rear lower radius arms and a center console so he has something to lean over on while he is cruising it around.

I alway liked cages that the a-pillar ties back to the center of the cage. Don't know why, just think it looks good.

Looks good but what keeps the rear radius rods from flipping over if the lock nut comes loose?
High clearance becomes low clearance.

The way i did it on this one was a jamb nut with a lock washer on top of it with another jamb nut. Basically a lock washer sandwic bhed between tje two. two. If we still run into ossues i could pin it or justweld the jamb nut on one side.
