rear springs

I just bought back an 89 yj from a friend of mine, since he's had it he did a full width axle swap. The springs he used on the rear was off of a xj which seem extremely weak has anyone ever done one of these if so what springs did you use on the rear and front. ??? (he used front springs off of a j10 on the front)

I used the main off of one xj pack reversed with eyes cut off (military wrapped on other) on one side added to complete xj pack...added traction bar and it worked awesome!

My yj has xj rears, I went to a local spring shop and bought 2 extra leafs that were longer than the xj leafs, re driller the center pin holes in the right location the military wrapped the ends by heating them with a torch and bending them over the eyes and quenching(sp?) In oil. Works great so far, have a little more axle wrap than I would like but a anti wrap bar will fix that
