working on the pics now. i was in a bad spot to winch from, i was trying to pull a cherokee thru a hill. but i will say this: no more winching for free. if i dont see some cash, i wont even run my cable out for a stranger.

ok, so here is the jeep i was trying to help recover.

here is me, in a really bad spot to be winching. that is normal bumper flex.

this is not normal bumper flex.

fawk that, i want to be able to access my winch without removing the spring hanger. john (robin hood) has some spare 1/4" angle iron laying around that he wants to get rid of before he moves, and we will add some supports going from above the winch down to the frame.

i couldnt believe it when after i couldnt pull the jeep up the hill (this was off the road that goes out to the wall), some redneck messican with a powerwagon on thornbirds just yarded him out. :wtf: didnt even spin a tire.
