Where is the best place to take scrap metal around Bham. I have some old galvanized guard rail that I need to get rid of.

They used to be the cheapest place in Bham, I didn't realize how much money I was losing untill I started going elsewhere. I started taking all my junk to Recycle USA in Pinson, they seem to have good prices. I have seen them have methheads arrested for trying to sell stolen stuff on more than one occasion, and the owner is a car guy.

What are yall getting a pound? I think I got 8 or 9 cents last trip. I go to Circle k scrap metal between calera and jemison on hwy 31. I saw a kingpin 60 front in a truck there one time and i tried to buy it, but they said its worth more in a junkyard. Its still there to this day....
