Shock or suspension issue?

You mentioned that the uppers and lowers are parallel, and they definitely are. That's not something you want to shoot for is it? I always thought you wanted your upper links as flat as you could get em and your lower links could be the ones left at an angle.

Just curious, but does it have significant body roll?

I'm just not sure about this. What is your stock valving, 50/70? Think that's what my Fox 2.0's were, first had 100/200 springs, then 150/200 springs and never had the first bit of hopping?
 
Well I would say I'm close to a thousand pounds more than what he weighs my front Springs r 25 pounds more than what he has if it is bouncing the spring and shock is not absorbing it 4 link will push or pull the chassis and cause axle wrap
