SOmetimes these things jsut happen... It was truely funny though, some sad assed back pedaling for sure.. I remember the first page of that thread.. by the end of the day it was at 7 pages. I went out for the night and came back to it in the morning and it was at like 17 pages. The next evening and it was already at almost 60 I about shiat myself... It just took off and spread like wildfire.

I cant beleive this is still an issue. he needs to just straighten this out already. Doesnt he know he will feel better? At least get the guy his 3rd back. I think the ones owed need to go to his house and confiscate something of equal or greater value and either sell it or hold it ransom, like his car or clothes. Do it with him there and tell him you arent leaving until you are compensated. If this doesnt work then violence is warranted. :stirpot: :cheer: :hi:

Honestly I have found consistancy and niucense(sp) visits are the best policy. Have loud conversations with him in his yard so the neighbors know, as well as anyone living there that you are owed a significant amount and he is not following through. That way he looks like an ass and if you have to confiscate to get your value back, the neighbors know why you are there. I did this with a guy that owed me 350 bucks . I stopped by every week or two for over a year. His wife knew what was going on as well as the neighbors. I finally stopped by and his wife said he was in jail so take what you want to square the debt. I took a dana 70 rear, a dana 44 high boy disc front end, and a matching dana 60 rear. Then I also took a high pinion 44 from a bronco. Never heard from him again and I got more than my money back in the sale of those items.

Spray paint it "Kelly is a theif" or whatever is necessary on the public side of the car.

Seriously, who is friends with him and who can get ahold of him? This has gotten so rediculous and out of hand. Something needs to be done soon. and yes i realize that Mike has it way worse off than i do but he still owes me a lot as well. I havnt been able to drive my jeep since may, after he told me he was gonna wheel with my third for a weekend then it got drug out to a few weeks. then months. now he's skipping town and not answering his phone. i missed the whole summer wheelin season and now winter is here and im thinkin im gonna have to miss winter now too. :mad:

Mike i think has gone far past the point of being patient and nice about it. i know your a really nice guy but enough is enough. Tomorrow is december already and we still havnt heard anything. Someone who can get ahold of him, please try to find out whats going on.
