Many people voice their concerns over loosing trails due to people poaching new ones. I can see their concern when the poached trails are in an ORV park/area. But really what are the odds that trails will be closed due to poaching in an area nowhere near a legal system?

I believe it was Brad who made the analogy between wheelers, and skaters a while back. It seems the skate, or die mentality of the skaters got them a lot of parks... Where in history have people ever been given rights? It seems they have always been taken.
