So it is time to start rebuilding the Team Those Gals Stock Mod YJ for the upcoming WeRock Season. The rig worked great and really had no major issues, just want to build something more competitive for them.
Since the Jeep is daily driven as well, a lot of items are going to be built in stages and assembled in a shorter down time.
The overall plans are
Spidertrax Spider 9 with Ultimate 60 knuckles and arms, Spidertrax ultimate 60 shafts, 14" brakes, Wilwood 4 piston billet dynalite calipers, Yukon aluminum center, yukon gears, detroit locker and Spidertrax drive flanges for the front
Full float Spidertrax Spider 9, Spidertrax full float axles, 13" brakes, Wilwood 4 piston billet dynalite calipers, Yukon aluminum center, yukon gears, detroit locker and Spidertrax drive flanges for the rear
Will keep the TPI 350 and th400 but use a Stak t-case to replace the Dana 20
Three link front w/panhard and Radflo coilovers, triangulated four link with Radflo coilovers in the rear, swap the 15" Trailready's and 35x15 Pitbulls to 17" dual beadlock Trailready's and 35x17 Pitbulls
Change the PRP daily drivers to the Velocity's and some other little tricks to get the most out of the class they run.

As of the Womans Pro Rock event

Some of the parts started showing up form the great guys at Spidertrax

Parts are still trickling in for the build,
PRP got a set of the Velocitys made up that matches the rear bench, and will match the Jeeps eventual silver main color with kandy orange flames and yellow pinstripping. Now we have decided to build a new cage for it as well, and remove some interior items to get it lighter.

Ballistic Fabrication sent us up some brackets that were are currently jigging up and welding,
We are working with Randys Ring and Pinion for some of their Aluminum center sections, gears and install kits,
Spidertrax has gotten more parts to us and the rear is cut down to length and being fitted for ends. We are building some cool bracing for the diffs and some other little things.
Here is a teaser shot, but we cannot show much more of the axle build for awhile.

Well, now that we are back from the KOH trip and trying to get caught up, we are down to just under 4 weeks to be finished and in Perris, CA. for the first event.
We are now gutting anything not needed, building a new cage and some other weight savings things.
The old axles are out, anything not needed has been cut off and ground clean, x-member/skid assembly built, dash/heater/misc. removed, new engine mounts built, body mounts boxed in, Trailreadys newer HD's showed up, front bumper cut off, front shortened, new bumper and winch moved back and down into grille, steering box moved up and back into frame also.

Well we are leaving Wed. might and getting closer, being insanely busy in the shop keeps me from working on this all day.
Both axles are built, all the suspension links and mounts are done, cage is tigged up halfway, re-wired to eliminate some creative wiring that had been done before, and clean up some un-needed things, re-fired and ready for exhaust.
Overall will be 1.5" wider and 2" lower with more uptravel than before, lighter and various other good things.
