OK ... I know running low preassure in the soft snow is what you do to keep the rig on top but what about on packed snow.

Does low preassure on packed snow give you better traction or does the increased surface area make it easier for the rig to slide around.

Let's hear it.

I had to drop the pressure in my tires to 18lbs on my F350 last weekend up at evans cause I hit some packed snow on a hill and lost all traction. after airing down I drove just fine.

There is 8psi in our Jeep tires. We have driven probably 500 miles this week in all different road conditions with no problems.

Pressure

:shaking: since, last SUNDAY the DEC,15th I've been runin 15/14 psi. Only seems to be getin better as the days go by. From South hill Puyallup to Bell vue. 35x 12.50 on 15x8's:awesomework:

Had to do a rescue of a new duratard this weekend in the snow. Guy said he dropped pressure but figured out he still had about 50psi in the stock tires
