Not on that particular tire, but I dismounted a pro comp for a buddy that did the same thing 2 weeks ago.

Looks like a bolt from the beadlock may have cut the cords.

Was the bolts loose on your beadlocks ?

Swampers are notorious for having extra rubber on the bead areas. This makes it a PITA to mount and sometimes the beads get damaged. Most single beadlock tire damage comes from the wheel cutting the BACK side of the rubber allowing air to leak into the casing.

Same thing happened recently to a friends 43sx. He contacted interco and they shipped him a warranty replacement at no cost.

You'll need to be the original buyer and have to go through the place you bought the tires from new.
