Weekend get-away ideas?

It's rare that I get an entire weekend off. By some twist of cosmic fate I got the next 3 in a row though. Anyone got any ideas for fun weekend getaway things to do for the wife, 3-year-old, and possibly a dog or two?

you could bring the family to our place and stay in the 5th wheel. That way I could have an extra hand working on my junk buggy.

We took a trip west to New Orleans and did the swamp tour on a Air boat. That was a blast and something a little different.

This being Hardline someone clearly needs to recommend bars,strip clubs, Harland, Windrock, and AOP. If that isn't fun enough spend a weekend at Fall Creek Falls.

My wife and I are takin our 2 yr old to the big south fork area in two weeks. There's a free air show and a scenic rail ride we plan on taking in. We have a cabin with a hot tub booked.

Won't be as bad then. You can hike to the falls with a bottle of water a piece and a sack picnic and have a good time. As long as nobody is lugging a diaper bag. Lol
