what to for a week before srrs ar round

Hi my names Tim im from Australia, im coming over to the hot springs srrs round to spectate :****: il be in vegas the weekend before and have 5 days to fill in before the race, i was contanplating driving from las vegas but i think il fly to dallas the monday before the event and spend the week in tx/ar, what are some cool things i can do in texas or arkansas?
where would be the best place to hire a jeep or utv to take to the park so i can cruise around over the weekend?

Dang! it's too bad it won't be the week AFTER the SRRS final... cause that's the week that the Toyota Land Cruisers will be at the park. Southern Cruiser Crawl put on by the CottonLand Cruisers.
Hot Springs is a weird cool town. Has a days worth of stuff downtown to check out. bath houses and the like... literally "Hot Springs"
