No W-2 yet.

I want to get my taxes done before the last minute this year since I know I'll be getting some money back this year. Last year I owed them 70 bucks. :booo:

It's a nice feeling huh?

I'm getting back enough to pick up the XCR I've been wanting for a while, and I didn't have to get divorced, shot at, or take care of kids! :flipoff:

hehehehehe...yeah ...well ya got me there.

But yes it is a good feeling despite all the **** that I have been through lately.

No W-2 yet. I will probably have to go in and bug my ex-boss to get it. I'll probably buy a new gun with my refund. :redneck:

None here yet either. :booo: Just checked the payroll website, they come out on the 25th so I'll know what I get back soon. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

You shouldn't have too, they are suppose to be out by the last day of January.

hopefully 4 or 5k.. No W2 yet though  . But it'll all be spent on the dang house payment, since I'm takin a big cut in pay with my new job.

I payed in damn near 6k last year and have a son that was born on Jan 23rd of 2006, how much do you guys think Im lookin at getting back.

Well, that all depends on how much you paid in through your W4, what you claimed on your W4, your tax bracket, your deductions, ect.

so what is the best to claim on a W-4
Wait, you claimed zero allowances? So you've been paying tax out at the full rate, and will probably get quite a bit back. The best to claim is whatever leaves your taxes owed as close to zero as possible. A big refund only means Uncle Sam has been gaining interest on YOUR dime.

Yeah I claim zero every year, just bend over now and maybe a year later Ill get a reach around! haha
Your 0% savings account should have a few pennies in it for ya then. :haha:
