Drinking and Wheeling

Now why do we allow bars to stay in business. We all know full well the majority of bar patrons drive themselves there and will drive themselves home on the roads. If we're having a no tolerance policy for people drinking an getting behind the wheel, why don't we take away our rights to open/operate/and visit bars?

Just a huge catch 22 isn't it nuzz......

Now on the other side of that coin--there are some(like myself) who ake sure if drinks are to be consumed----I won't be on the road behind the wheel...

Like nuzzy said each law has a personal risk/reward and while impared the risk is often not thought of. And yes any law affects you only if you get caught. The consequences of the law might make you re-evaluate what your about to do but it doesnt directly affect you till you are caught.

It curbed my behaviour so that i basically stopped drinking all together soas to not be put in similar situations where impared judgment gets the best of me.

Haha yep. Actually lately i have been exploring the world of finer beers, all with either a DD or in the comfort of the place im staying that night. Kinda got back into it after like 6 months with maybe a total of 3 beers:eeek:

Yes, as with many modern day conundrums, it is a catch 22. We can't seem to escape them cause they're everywhere!! :haha:


And your choice is a noble and honorable one. My life would have had some different twists if I had that same commitment.

I'd say one or two depending on if your a veteran at drinking would be fine. Just not drinking beer after beer after beer. Thats not good.
