Elbe Rock crawl and Rainier Vista

Though not an equipment operator, I am skilled at moving vehicles through trails without causing damage to them. Let me know.

So who is coming this weekend that is good at operating a mini?

I can hire a guy but that would really suck to pay someone if we have someone coming that can operate the Tahuya mini for us.

Who is an equipment operator that wants to run a mini on Saturday?

Corey, I hired another professional operator to run the mini.

Can you make arrangements to get it up to the upper section of the Rainier Vista?

Have the operator meet Nancy at the tree cooler 8:00 tomorrow morning.

Did Mike find someone to haul his load of rocks up there? I didn't want to offer because I thought I had to work. Turns out I'll be able to make it after all.:awesomework:

Cool, if you think of anything else you need I'll check this before I head out in the morning. I got my saw, shovel, pick-ax, some chokers, a block, rock bar. Bringing the dirtymax if we need to drag rocks from the pit to the trail.

Those sound perfect. We're not allowed to drags rocks on the 9 road though. We will have a dump truck there and the guy that moved the rocks to the bottom of the hill climb a few months back. If things work out that we need another load, we'll get it done.

Steve unfortunately had to back out due to work committments. It would have been nice to have two big excavators there but we'll make due with what we have.

I'm excited to get the rocks up the hill and staged right where we need them. A mini can do a lot of the work that we need to get them in place once they're up there.

I found my tire cables and with those we should be able to hook up 4 rigs with rock cradles.

I think things are going to work out well and we'll see a lot of good productions. I'm still going to focus the heavy equipment that we do have on the short upper section of trail and get that as close to completion as we can.

I was planning to be ready to roll at 8 but I have to meet Nancy at the tree cooler at 8 so it might be 8:15 or so till I get all the way up there.

Any idea how late everyone is going to be up there saturday? I was thinking about heading up when I get off work.

I will be moving rock until they are all in place, the truck breaks or it gets too dark. I think there are some people camping all weekend too.
