Had to change up rear frame section raised it 4" and moved it back 1.5" for axle clearance and better shackle angle
I will be fixing the cab corners/rockers, I'm not good with body workView attachment 161275
Got main parts of the boat sides in, will be adding more later, really wanted to see the cab sitting on it close to what I'm looking for
Looking good!View attachment 207774
Haven't accomplished much between working as much as possible to get my truck paid off, and house loan paid down.
And buying parts when the beer kicks in at night
Been slowly working on some cage work, waiting on some hinges to build my tailgate.
Thanks I'm trying, I'll have some questions coming up in the futurelots of cool details and ideas on this rig. Keep the updates coming.
Still going to reduce the upper radiator mount, just havnt put much thought into yet.View attachment 207858
Redid the engine cage upper loop that I messed up the first time, bent and dropped the front for a little more clearance.
Sounds about right for building it and being reminded about something else. Are you going to leave it as a tube tailgate or try to skin the tailgate with some factory metal?Got My hinges in, started my tailgate yesterday had it ready to tack it in place, and my so walks in and asked if I was still going to run a rear winch. I totally forgot about that
So had to start over and recessed the fair leed into the bumper, going to have to rework the tailgate still.
Waiting on parts to build a bellcrank for brakes, and steering column parts.

That’s no good. Hadn’t heard of any concrete shortages before.Might be getting put on hold getting finished this winter, do to concrete shortages in are area, might be getting laid-off next week.
Shelby materials, and IMI around here has started limiting people to 9 yards a day. Major highways and bridges have first dibs. That’s no good. Hadn’t heard of any concrete shortages before.
Ah I see and understandable on being up in the air.Shelby materials, and IMI around here has started limiting people to 9 yards a day. Major highways and bridges have first dibs.
I have things to keep me buisy on the truck. I was hoping to drive it out the door by spring, if the layoff comes soon it won't happen.
