its still there. i think they close early on saturdays, like 1p or something.

i made several phone calls last year to both the naches and cle elum ranger station regarding the naches wagon trail. the boundry cutoff point (if you start on the eastside) is supposed to be the first gravel road intersection before the government meadows. sure was frustrating to get about 1/8...

some guys from our club were up there a few weeks back. trails are all open and clear except the 4w301 is washed out past the turnoff for 4w304. the mosquitos were HORRIBLE, so pack the deet. full fireban in effect except for a few campgrounds around lake cle elum.

i had mine filled at ferrells fire equipment across the street from tacoma screw in kent. 206-623-6121 there was a couple of days turn around time. they did refills not exchanges.

why is getting the correct answer such a pain?? i've called 2 different ranger stations and talked to 3 different people. don't the rangers know anything for sure?? or do they each just pick and choose what they use as a boundry....STUPID.

well the white river station says naches pass is the cutoff point for the wagon trail. GRNTACO was correct, the last gravel road you cross before the meadows.
