Bought it a year and half ago and it only had 27,000 miles on it!

just got this today. 08 6.7 auto laramie loaded everything. cant wait to tow with it. :awesomework:

I think this from Summer '02....still had the 300 I-6 with T-18...then I swapped in a built 429 with a C-6.....blew up the '29 a few days later.Swapped in the current 460,C-6,Sterling 10.25 and thats the way she sits now.Since '02, I sold it to BIG-MARK and he used it for a few problematic years then he parked it in a field where it rotted away till Jobless and MD69 bought it back for my birthday.Fixed up a couple of things and she's a runner again.....

She's pretty faded nowadays and I keep threatening to paint it flat black....the attention it draws is too much to bear at times. When I put the big blocks in I made simple side pipes that dump right behind the cab.....LOUD I thought it was cool years ago and now I find it annoying......gonna run the pipes past the first axle at least.....getting old.....meh.

Paint the sucker! Time to retire the RW&B theme. Maybe OD green? Or desert sand tan!

I agree 100%.....just a big undertaking as the RWB paint is seperating all over,the stars are vinyl decals that are PERMASTUCK on and just the logistics of the size overall....blah blah blah. It gets me to the trails....thats all that matters.

20 mins with a wire wheel and those decals are history, an hours worth of masking, wipe it down / blow it off and I've got a cheap hvlp gun we can spray it with. We're talking an afternoon....
