Mine has about 5deg neg
of castor. urs should be more since S&N cars have eqaul length links, which at full droop the caster will be way positive. All solid axle steering arms will have one side
up and one down at full lock. It gets more drastic the tighter the axle steers. What steering angle are u going for? what ram/leghth? you might be best off
buying spidertrax steering arms
they
have a good geometry built into them. If you use there arms make sure to use the third hole. This makes the arm 7.5 in center-center, and is a good length for a 10in ram turning 50deg(may have to limit the ram).

I'm at -8 and my arms are 7.75" and i have an 8" ram (might need a loner one). They move up and down quite a bit is why i asked. I'm shooting for 45* will post up details on the steering in my thread with some pics before i finalize it.

Thanks!

With 7.75" to get 45deg you will need a 9.5-10" long ram. Using an 8in ram you will get maybe 35deg. Ackerman angle comes into play also but that all depends on what type of wheeling you want to do.

yeah the 8" looked a little short when i mocked it up. i measured a hair over 10" of stroke needed, but that was with the tires kissing the links inside tire and the frame outside tire. Thanks again.:D:beer:

also what axels are you going to run, because you cant run longfields at 45*:;

my steering is setup with 45* inside tire and 48* outside tire:D
