stock chevy d60 knuckles??

So how strong are the stock castings/ i know ford castings have been known to have issues but im questioning whether or not to upgrade to a crane or other aftermarket inner/outer c combo

if you are worried about them, just plate them and put that money toward something else. I ran plated Ford knuckles for quite a while till I broke all the bolts that hold the arms on and had to weld the arms on the knuckles to keep wheelin......now I have Solids and havent looked back. I am a big fan of the Solid arms/knuckles with the big keyway in it, damn near impossible to tear up. IMO

So you machined a notch between the two bolts and I guess you'll have to machine custom high steer arms with a key setup?

Yes the same cut them put keyway n i will get a pic
