'93 Lexus SC400. Deleted the mufflers and did a tune up and 1UZ sounds and runs great. Super smooth revving car. Drive it about 90 miles a day to keep miles off of my Dodge. 150k on the clock and hoping to double that before i LS swap it. >:D :stir:

2003 4.3 auto drove it off the lot new. Prob last new vehicle I'd own tho

Buddy bought a new 4.3 reg cab like that...those things would scoot! He ordered it with I wanna say a 4.10 gear. I wasn't into trucks back then, but it was slick. Lil lowering job....18" billet wheels....some sort of NOT obnoxious hood. Gave my Integra GSR a good run for its money!
 
06 Tahoe with 311, 816 as of this morning when I pulled in to work. It's not perfect by any means, but it's been a damn good vehicle.

96 ranger standard cab short bed 2wd 2.3/ 5 speed if the dog stinks or is wet. Shop is across the street from my house.
Those are my most common dailys, but for a while this summer I was driving my tj on 40's, then when my jeep radiator was out and I didn't want to **** with it I drove the old mile'd up to hell barely blown head gaskets LLY ccsb dmax. Too much junk sitting around. Poor old 01HD ext cab sb 6.0 chevy has sat for like 4 years since I got teh diesel. Looks sad sitting there rusting so I drive it twice a year around the property just to keep the battery alive
 
I have been driving a 94 mustang GT convertible to work daily (70 miles round trip) to keep the miles off of my 15 Chevy Duramax
 
Daily is this 2006 Toyota Land Cruiser, 278k and it goes from house to love field every other week. Fully paid for later this year and will keep it.
Goes where I want and is safe, plus if I wanta do trip it got room for our stuff.
 
Reading all these vehicles with high miles had me thinkin' bout my mom and dad. They're both from the old school of when a car has a 100k miles on it, they're plum wore out / unreliable.

I think most mid to upper 90's vehicles have gotten pretty reliable well over the 100k mark. Wife's car has 110k, my truck/towpig has 100k, motor in jeep has has probably 150k. Alota stuff I've owned had over 100k on it I don't remember them being needy. Nissans / Fords / Chevys / Hondas / Jeeps...

I guess that's why I'm not that brand loyal....seems like most **** being built is more durable.

It was a broken carrier. I replaced it with a spool and I ready to do more culdisac doughnuts again!

My ranger has 260K on it and with a timing belt at 207, I'm good to mid 3's with oil changes and reg maintenance. My 01 chevy 6.0 is still the strongest 6.0 I've pulled my gooseneck with and it has 229 on it. Keep the oil changed and it still runs like a top, just took it to Tulsa a couple years ago on a whim with no worries.. Its sat since. My dmax has 230ish on it. Needs HG but I was pulling it hard with a load in Colorado when they let go. I still drive it without a load adn am not scared of it. Just went to middle TN from KC area and back, 10 hr round trip to the dunes twice, and every other road trip I come across without a worry. Hell when I drove my jeep to CO this year instead of hauling it I was more nervous about the tranny/engine (3.8/4 speed auto 09) than I would be about any of my older mile'd up ****.
 
You guys that drive these big monster trucks everyday...your F350 / 3500 / dually / 4dr, etc...... Do you not get annoyed having to drive stuff THAT BIG around all the time? I mean, prolly get away with it in the country but I DD my x-cab 1500 Silverado for a while and it just seemed like its size was just a hindrance everywhere we'd go.

Drive thru's, movie theatre, wal mart, small restaurants, traffic...just anything. They only thing I liked about it was not having to worry about curbs and shitwrecking a body part / wheel / tire if I ran over it.

I completely understand if you're constantly hauling big ****....people gotta work/live I know....struggle is real.

This one will move pretty good has 342 gears an that factory sport suspension can't remember what they called it?. Its fun in the curves. Has 142k miles on it

He autocrossed the truck too....was a real jaw dropper, but then again, he was a good driver too.

honestly, no. I'm quite reasonable so I understand it'll be more difficult in certain situations so I just except it. I'd rather deal with those scenarios and be happy and comfortable with what I'm driving. many of those times I let the wife drive so then we're in a jku on 35s which will fit about anywhere.
 
Damn...I thought I could DD a truck, but I guess I'm jus not a truck person. I was so happy to get back into a car(sports car that is), but I will agree with you on the comfort thing. The truck a lot more comfortable / relaxing on trips.
