I'm building a toy for my wife, it's a 89 extended cab with a 350/465/208. I'm open to any input, so far I put 63" chevy springs in rear, bobbed the bed, put the rears up front, haven't finish the front aft shackles yet. I also I'm putting a 14 bolt (shaved) in the rear and 44 in front.
What sort of fuel pressure does the toyota pump put out, I would like to use the stock tank and pump, but the chevy TBI only needs like 12-15psi?
I plan on running an aluminum radiator, and probably have to run a electric instead of mechanical fan, any suggestions?

You could get a fuel pressure tester from any parts store. As for the radiatior, some engines are designed to run in a certain temperature range. Make sure you don't "over cool" your engine.

When you do your electric fan, put in a disconnect switch to shut it off. This will keep it from acting like a boat motor and pulling itself into your radiator if you ever get in deep water.

I ran that very setup back when I had a toy tank with my tbi. It will be fine--the tbi pressure regulator can handle it. I am curently running a low pressure pump but am going to swap over to a high pressure pump due to cavatating problems...
