    toyota dash light question

    i got a 86 runner. i have found the wire that runs my dash lights. when i supply power to the wire my lights work fine until i turn my running or headlights on? i dont have dash lights unless i supply power to it from another source. what do i need to do to get them running of a separate switch.

    wiring help

    got 86 4runner 22rec that i am trying fix the iacv. the connector i have has a brown wire with a blue wire and the truck harness has blue and a white black. how should i wire the connection?

    steering wheel clicks and pops?

    I have a 86 4runner that when i turn the steering wheel it will make a pop and click sound.

    ticking sound?

    my 95 zj is making a wierd ticking sound. only when it down shifts or i have to apply more throttle to go up a hill will it start making the sound. it doesnt do it all the time though. no load on engine and reving it wont make the sound. even if i power brake it wont make the sound. any ideas?

    new wheeling place out in monroe/duvall area.

    does anybody have any idea on this place. i guess its on the road that goes from monroe to duvall back up in the hills somewhere that a lot of people go to. anybody know where it is or is even legal to wheel there?

    growling sound from rear diff!!!!

    anybody know what this sound is? i just installed a trac loc lsd in it and from 15mph+ under load it growls. :mad:

    anybody know what is involved in this type of swap besides swaping out the input shafts from the 249 to the 242?

    transmision questions

    ok so i got a 95 zj. transmission is a rebuilt. just had a new tourqe converter put in under warranty 4 days ago. the new converter only has 40 miles on it. from 10 to 15 mph the car jerks back and forth while the rpms jump around. what could cause this?

    reiter trip 8/8/09

    fun 3 hrs spent with buddys up at rieter. did a lil clean up of trash we saw on ground and had a great day of playing in mud and exploring new places we havent been. fyi my jeep has a 2 in lift. its a work in progress.
