Rick look at where the 4x4 user group is with the DNR in comparison to the other user groups. Even at the non motorized work parties the number 4x4 users doubles the number of non motorized users. The 4x4 user group is in way better off/closer with the DNR than any other group at this...

You seem to be forgetting a big thing here. Walker sucks compared to elbe, we live in monroe and i will go to elbe before I go to walker. there is 4 miles or trail at walker none of them super interesting to me, and there is I believe 8 miles of trail or more at elbe and way more interesting...
