*YES* I can make it up and down poop chute at Reiter Trails. Any average hiker could climb up or down that. Heck, I can pedal up it. :fawkdancesmiley:
Shoulda specified more clearly. :fawkdancesmiley::fawkdancesmiley:
Aaron'd don't care about how it rode "stock", he only cares how it's "Booniefied". :fawkdancesmiley:
A dropped arm might improve things a tad however. Cheap too.
You're running a 44 up front right?
How about lowering the steering box a little? Headache, I know, but maybe better than changing springs / dropped pitman?
Did you have to bore out for the 32 spline?
Wait, thats the input only. hmm... those bearings require no preload. Are you missing a snapring or something? Put it this way, is the rocking coming from a loose or not tensioned shaft / pinion nut or up and down?
Must have been cheap and unclestripey is a cool dude who saw a guy who probably needed cash after the stroke.
Win win for both parties. High five Stripey !
I believe all chevy and dodge 205's have a ten spline front output. Ford have the treasured 32 spline that can also be farmed for parts and put in your chebby.
One thought for you Flexjay: What about purchasing the Lowmax np205 case and gears. It costs less than the doubler and gives you...
The 203 goes between your transmission and 205 in any and all situations. The adaptor provides linkage between the two transfer cases. You will need to find a transmission with an output to your 203 gear box or swap output shafts on your tranny.

I used the TBI conversion MPFI Edelbrock kit. Bolted it up, worked from that second on. Lots of power, smooth throughout the range, but not as tuneable or flexible for a built motor.
It's also cheaper provided you have a TBI chevy sitting around.
Grommit, you'll have no problem. I never even had to balance them, they were perfect first try and were not a total pain in the arse to install myself.
I bought my set from tyres1.com . Shipping was cheap, price was excellent and a little less than the comparable Irok.
Wide they are, great for snow and sand, perhaps other places if they fit :)
