    T-Case Doubler - X-Member

So my rig is finally starting to come together, slowly. I have the DD Machine doubler installed with a D300 behind it. I have been doing some reading about trying to build a cross member to help support the weight of the D300. Right now the motor mounts are solid (no poly bushings) and the...

    safety googles

typicall wear the safet glasses that wrap around the sides a bit. This prevents a lot of stuff from flying directly in there. I still get some stuff in my eye on occasion but not often and its not bad. Regular safety glasses don't cut if for me, too many gaps for **** to get in.

    Starting Issues

The jeep was running well about a month ago. I accidentally left the key in the on position overnight which then killed the battery. I got the battery charged up last weekend and assumed everything was going to start right up. When I turned the key to start the engine the fuel pump kicks on and...

The Apocalypse Redux: Nuzzy's return to the trail...

Well...first I need to move, again. I actually found reasonable place to rent. No need to call Weif's mom up for a couch to crash on. Not close to trail worthy yet - mount seat to cage, shock mounts, mount transmission cooler, replace some bearings in the front axle. I want to bring it closer...

    Gas vapor lines

How critical is running the vapor lines for a V8 TPI engine. I just installed a fuel cell and was considering trying to run the vapor lines, but it would be so easy to skip this.

    Tranmission Coolers

What is everyone's preferences on tranmission coolers. I have read that I should be as big as I can fit. I am working on determining where I can mount and how large I can go. I have seen a few options that are constructed out of the extruded alumimum as compared to a standard radiator...
