    Overson Engineering?

I have been rocking my Ouverson violaters for 3 years now. In fact, Collin (post before mine) recommended that route to me. No regrets! I regrease them after about 2 outings.

    2.0 with completed pictures

I was curious about belly height. Partly because the links look ridiculously level at ride height, which is awesome. The buggy wears the 112.5" wb nicely. I would have guessed a little longer. I love the build man. You have entered the "pay off" mode. Enjoy it!

    2500hd headlight issue

My 2001 daily driver lowbeam headlights quit working. For a couple months, moving the steering column would get them to kick on, but now they do not come on at all. I had the plastic covering off trying to detect an issue with wires or a wire rubbed raw. No dice yet. Anybody come across this? I...

    Running it through the tubing?

Yea exactly. Have that hose clamp on the other side of the little bead you welded and it will not be able to slide off. Hose clamps loosen up, whether it be stretching of the metal or the rubber changing with temperature, but I have never had a clamp/hose slip off. Once every few runs I check on...

    Running it through the tubing?

If it is just a smooth tube, I definitely would. I do a small stitch weld on opposing sides of the tube.

I've ran the 1350 flange on stickies for 1.5 years, so far so good.

    10.25 pinion depth

Thanks for the feedback guys, and thanks a lot for the offer ranger11! Very kind of you. My friend ended up having a bearing puller for me to use. To those that asked, this was to replace some destroyed 5.13s with another new set. It is set up tighter and perfect now thanks to my bud who has...

    10.25 pinion depth

Well that is basically what I am going to have to do. Sucks to have to buy a new bearing to simply ruin it, but it is a great way to go about getting the job done with out going crazy.

    10.25 pinion depth

Hey guys, replacing a busted to hell gear set on my sterling. Anybody know or know how to find the pinion depth measurement? I believe it is the base of the pinion gear to the center line of the axle shaft. When i search i just find measurements regarding shims.

    2008 Power Wagon

I just sold my cummins an hour ago. Diesels aren't for me but I will miss it. But yea, found a flawless looking 08 power wagon. I really dig it, but I may decide to go with a newer truck.

    2008 Power Wagon

You guys know if 4.56 gears were standard in those power wagon 2500s?

    "Note 91" Bouncer build

Thanks again all. Fitech has been awesome Flatlander. Tuning has been extremely minimal so far. It ran great all day last Saturday. Someone who has a little knowledge on where certain readings should be at, can plug it in on the monitor and speed up the self learning process. I would imagine...

    "Note 91" Bouncer build

No hate towards you! I have been in love with rock bouncers since showtime. I appreciate the words. However based on 1 run, these 43 stickies work better by a long shot it seems, but they are taller so kind of unfair.
