got it. it was on all the way. Its just a thin body low stall converter, so it didnt look like it was on all the way. Its way thinner than any converter ive ever seen. low stall or not.

So I just had my turbo 350 rebuilt. The trans shop supplied the new torque converter. I'm having an issue gettin the tc to seat all the way. The large splines appear to be a slightly differ shape. My question is whether or not all 27 spline inputs are the same or not. I had assumed the shop...

where are you located porter?

I'm not comfortable ordering critical components off ebay..I'm sure it would be fine, but I've been screwed too many times to trust an ebay part to not leave me stranded. But I will check out A1. thanks!

Ok, so I have a turbo 350 in my buggy. I'm having it rebuilt currently. I have very limited time and money, and know practically nothing about auto trans. The companies I have talked to quoted me around $900 for parts alone. The guy that's rebuilding it for me thinks I should be able to get the...

so i swapped a 5spd into my 85 toyota, wich originally had an auto. now it wont start. the starter wont spin over at all. is there a neutral safety switch that im missing. would it be on the shifter or in the trans itself? any info on how to bypass it would be greatly appreciated. im searching...

so is anybody running this kit? im pretty tempted to order one, but wanted to hear some reviews first.

did it have an auto or a manual behind it? are you sure the smaller ones arent for the dowels?

doesnt matter, i was planning on supra. but im just going to buy new loaded calipers. so i can get whatever.

im doing a disc brake converstion on an 8" dually toy rear. im looking for pre made caliper brackets. anybody know where i could get a set?
