It sounds like you said:

You are having an issue with your 22r. It is spitting oil from the filter on the valve cover. You changed the PCV vale but it still does it. It seems to only do it when it's full of gas and at idle. Any help or suggestions? Thanks.

Is that what you were trying to say?

If so it sounds like something isn't allowing the the crank case pressure to exit or you are developing to much pressure.

Could be compression from the cylinders leaking in due to a bad head gaskets or something simple.

I live in Puyallup too so if you want someone to take a peek at it let me know.

well i have not been able to do a comprestion test yet but i took of the filter and run a hose to a bottle and no oil but it is like smoke or steem that comes out of the hose what you guys think that is
