22re injectors

I blew up my stock 88 22re and bought a complete motor out of an 89. Since the electrical plugs are their own style on the injetors for an 88 can i just swap just the injectors from the 88 to the 89 or do i need to swap the whole fuel injection setup?

swap every sensor every electrical connection. the 89 is totally different. I'm wiring up an 89 motor in a 85 runner as we speak.
