84-88 Truck 2WD or 4WD are all the same and will fit 4Runner. They do have different styles of mirrors, glass, wing window or not, but the physical door will interchange.
84-89 4Runner is the same and will also fit truck, the only main difference is 4Runners have an extra door handle on the inside passenger for the rear occupents.
The 84-88/89 Fenders also are all the same as they mount. They just have a slightly different fender well between 2WD and 4WD but they do interchange.
And finally 84-88 beds interchange between 2WD and 4WD. All 4WD beds have larger wheel wells, but so do DLX and SR-5 2WD. Base model 2WD have almost no wheel well lip but still fit just fine.
