Did no one on here hear about it? Ya it was like 2-3 weds ago at night.there rig got stuck so they stole the excavator and Broke the gate and broke the excavator ignition switch

This is the first I heard about . I can understand the getting stuck and needing help but destroying equipment and gates that's not cool at all.

Wonder who thought it would be a great idea to LEAVE the excavator unattended in the CAMP GROUND, not in the holding lot down by the public road?

I wouldnt even leave my rig there, let alone a piece of equipment.

Choppy, it wouldn't have mattered if it was parked down by the cooler. That yard was broken into the same night. The Roads Dept grader was broken into and vandalized while it was parked there.

I'm just glad the damage to the mini was minor and it was found on the Inner Alder Trail instead of being gone completely.

I have been beating the bushes since it happened and have turned over all the info I've found to the DNR.
