art carr shifters???

anyone else had problems with the insulation coming loose from where it is crimped on the cable? Mine has never lined up just right since the day i got it and i decided to play with the adjustments a little to try to get everything lined up and then this happens I think this is a highly overrated and priced peice of garbage. Probably bout to jerk it out and put my old pile b&m shifter in.....at least it worked!

They told me my cable was in a bad batch. Sent me a new one no questions asked. I would call winters, they can prob help u.
