Constant flashing check engine light??

I have a Chevy 4.3L with aftermarket wiring harness and a chipped ECM and the check engine light started flashing constantly today and isn't throwing any codes. Also its running at a low RPM now and wants to die and when i step on it it bogs down before the RPMS go up

PLEASE help

i read similar stories and im under the impression the ECm or PROM chip is bad can someone second this that knows a thing or two about TBI systems

There are only 2 things that will cause that--faulty ecm, faulty prom or faulty inserted prom.

If you can read data from the ecm then more than likely the ecm is good..

I have an 91' 4.3 ECM and prom you could try. Plus just about any other 4.3 TBI part you might need. LMK

Is there any chance somehow the aldl wire is shorted causing it to go into service mode. It wouldn't make it run make it run rough but would cause a flashing light.
