Driveshaft swap

Going from a Model 20 to Dana 60 in my '83 J10 means I need to shorten the shaft, but how much? I'm already looking for a 56" (collapsed center to center of the joints) fixed yoke rear shaft to put in till I get finished with my move. (bought a place in Lynnwood so the wife will be close to work)

No one is gonna be ab;e to tell you exactly how much without being there to measure it. Do the swap then lay under it and measure measure measure check yourself repeatedly!!

I guess I need to do the measurement on my old J4000 (since I can't drive it, may as well see if the driveshaft is the right length)
