check on s10extremist.org (i know i know) but there was a guy on there that mated two chevy np231s or an np207 and np231 together, pretty interesting write up, I know it's not a jeep np231 but i think theyre fairly similar other than the 5 bolt vs 6 bolt jeep pattern... :corn:

Although I agree^^^^^...."they" do,however, get rid of the chain in the front box so the "crawl box" is stronger than a "Stock" 231. PUting the crawl box infront of another 231 is just asking for trouble and would likely grenade the final 231 with any sporty driving

(its a D.D. Machine adapter, but I'm easier to get ahold of :hahaI'm not saying you haven't but I have also seen rigs with 40" running them with no issues.
