I have a 2002 5.3 flexfuel engine in my old Stock Mod rig and I'm putting an LQ9 in my current CJ build. I plan on using the ECM and harness from the 5.3 on the 6.0, the only issue is the wiring connectors are different due to the flex fuel injectors on the 5.3. I've read that the flex fuel injectors are a little bigger than regular ones. Would it be beneficial to swap the FF injectors to the 6.0 and tune it accordingly?
