I'm at 3500 or so, but that's with 40 acres of farm ground and the house. the 40 acres with no house right now is $900/year :drinkers:

I dont recall exactly but our badass 1 acre is under 100bux. Im gonna start cutting trails behind it very soon too

( its on 80+ of gnarly family land.... )

cause its zoned how it needs to be zoned....not residential. mine's going to go up tremendously when I build.

I pay about 460 a year for taxes and have 2 houses, 1 chicken house, 1 medium shed, 1 small shed, and a small hay barn. It all sits on 49 acres.

It is on commercial property. That was the increase, not the tax bill. Went from 30K to 38+K.

I typed that, that it was probably 32K before, but deleted it when I looked at it. commercial makes sense. reason I deleted is because I didn't want ti to seem like your house was bigger than msot knew laughing1
