for those with RCV dana 60 shafts..

so after i broke the R&P in my front end,i pulled it apart..pulled the shafts out and they are difficult to turn...they turn easily until about 20 degrees or so..then they get tough to turn..thoughts?

That's how Bobby's birfs feel when they get **** in the bell grooves. I would think it would be very similar.

The balls wear grooves in the bell and cage. Take them apart and clean the grooves up with a small sanding flapwheel deal.

talked to craig at RCV today..im sending them back to get fixed.so far the RCV customer service has been good!

They have been "fixing" my parts for 2 months

I shipped them.they arrived the day before turkey day...he called today.they are all fixed.new boots and shipping back to me today...no charge...i paid for shipping to them...thats it...
