GMC wiring ? Crash answer your email

Can I buy new little crimp parts for the wiring connectors? and where is a good place to get them and the tools needed (if they sell them) ?

P.O. of my motor cut all the wires off 2" outside of the connectors. I was thinking to either solder and heat shrink or get new crimps.

hey pook theres a place on 64 just down from metal mart (up here in canada)
its called SMI
im not 100% sure they have them but they do have all kinds of stuff

There are alot of GM connectors available---Try where j5 suggested....Or here---just did a quick Google search...there's a ton of places offering them...

Sounds like it would be easier just to go get another harness out of the wrecking yard.

yeah, I was thinking that may be the case. I'll have to see how much $ to get one out of a yard. The yards around here think everything is worth x10 its value.

Some of those connectors with pig-tails get expensive, I just sold one the other day for $65 and that was just a 2-way.

I know they are out there.

I found the crimp kits at highway auto supply in Monroe when I put the gauges in my dirtymax.

Try the local parts houses you may be pleasantly surprised.
