Hydro assist issues

It worked fine but the box leaked like crazy so i pulled it out to rebuild it and it was too far gone to rebuild. picked up another box, drilled and tapped it, cleaned it replaced a few seals that were questionable. put it in and cycled and bleed it forever. started the truck up and let it run for a bit and then cycled it forever again trying to ensure no air was in the system. put the tires on the ground with the truck running and i have no power steering at all now. i do run the 1450 trail gear pump. could it be that the box is fawked up? it looked fine when i tore down to drill and tap. any help would be great guys. thanks

Did you take the box apart or just drill it and clean out the shavings?

is the ram hooked up or not? Hooked to hoses, or hooked to hoses and front axle?

If so maybe the hoses are backwards and mechanically its steering one way but hydraulically trying to steer the other way?

yes i took it apart to drill and tap and clean. thats how i replaced some of the seals:redneck:

i'll just rebleed the box and ram and go from there.
