klune v problems

hey i am having trouble with my klune v,,,
the front pilot bearing on mine was trashed, it ruined the input shaft and the idler shaft and a the two bushings in the planetary case,, i wasnt too upset, i have had for 10 years, change oil every year in it, and always worked great,
got all the parts from lori at klune v, went together, it lasted a couple hours and all the pieces are ruined again, what up ? does anyone have a schematic of what pieces are in there(klune doesnt or advanced adapters), if there was a spacer or something that was in there that was trashed and i dont know its missing ,
the main shaft and the input gear are getting hot, both are ruined,the main shaft is getting pushed into the input gear, spacing or shimming between the 205 and the klune is good, the idler bearing inside the input gear is not bad this time,
any ideas ? i assume i am missing a piece to keep the main shaft and the input gear spaced apart ?

anyone had one apart ?
